1. Digital Products – No Physical Returns

Since ADHDout.com sells digital downloads, we do not accept physical returns. All sales are final unless covered by our Money-Back Guarantee below.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase only under these conditions:

✅ Defective Files: If a product is unusable (e.g., corrupted download). You must:

• Email us at support@adhdout.com within 30 days.
• Provide proof (screenshot/description of the issue).
• Allow us 7 business days to resolve the issue before a refund.

✅ Unauthorized Purchase: If your account was used fraudulently, provide:

Proof of identity.

Bank statement showing unauthorized transaction.

❌ No Refunds For:

Buyer’s remorse ("changed my mind").

• Failure to download (check spam folder first).
• Shared/downloaded products (we track licenses).

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@adhdout.com with:

• Your order number.
• Product name + issue description.
• Screenshots (if applicable).

1. We’ll respond within 3 business days.
2. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will result in:

• Permanent account suspension.
• Legal action for fraudulent disputes.
• We reserve the right to blacklist repeat refund abusers.
